Chrisopoulos CPA, Inc. was established in 2015 as a successor company to Malcolm Accountancy CPAs, LLP. Our predecessor company was established in 1954 by James C. Malcolm to provide accounting and tax services to individual and small businesses.  Today, Chrisopoulos CPA, Inc. is a full service Certificate Public Accounting firm providing sound management and financial advice to leaders in a wide range of industries.

Chrisopoulos CPA, Inc. offers accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services to small- and medium-size businesses. We provide our clients with complete support, including compilation, bank reconciliations, payroll tax, sales tax, and a trial balance. We'll work closely with you to manage every aspect of your accounting needs.

Carol Chrisopoulos

Principal

Mrs. Chrisopoulos is the principal/founder of Chrisopoulos CPA, Inc.  accounting firm since 2015 and also the co-founder of Malcolm Accountancy CPAs, LLP since 2006. Mrs. Chrisopoulos has been working with public accounting experiences since 2002 and has provided tax & accounting services to thousands of businesses and individual in greater San Diego area. She specializes in individual income tax & planning, small business, real estate, business structuring, non-profit organization, estate, trust and pension / retirement plan tax return and planning.

Carol is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant with a Personal Financial Planning (PFP) background, a licensed California Tax Education Council (CTEC) Registered Tax Preparers and the IRS Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) . Over the years, Carol has serviced domestic and foreign businesses with their financial and accounting needs, including clients from Italy and Mexico. She also services businesses in different industries, and various non-profit organizations with effective business planning and tax-saving strategies customized to taxpayers at different levels.

Normi (Wan-Lin) Chen

Mrs. Chen is the co-founder of Chrisopoulos CPA, Inc. accounting firm since 2015. Normi has been working with public accounting services since 2011 and has been an important role of our firm. Normi is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant and IRS Enrolled Agent (EA). She specializes in individual income tax & planning, payroll services, bookkeeping, sales tax and pension plan and tax returns.

Camila Camargo da Silva

Mrs. Camargo has been working at Chrisopoulos CPA, Inc. accounting firm since 2018. Camila has bachelor degree in accounting from Brazil and master degree from SDUIS - San Diego. Camila is a California Tax Education Council registered tax preparer and she also works with payroll and bookkeeping services.
